Our company has been dedicated to pressing, inspecting, repairing, and shipping apparel products for domestic and international brands, ensuring that consumers can purchase products with confidence and that brands deliver their items in the best possible condition.
Throughout this process, we have witnessed the increasing trend of overseas production, which has now become the norm. The rise of low-cost mass production has led to a significant issue that is now a global concern—mass disposal. We have faced the harsh reality that products, which our staff worked hard to process under tight deadlines with early mornings and overtime, are being discarded in large quantities for various reasons. Additionally, the demand for domestic pressing and inspection has been declining as brands seek to further cut costs by relying entirely on overseas production. This has left us with a double challenge.
With these concerns in mind, we asked ourselves if there was anything we could do using our resources. This led to the launch of our regeneration business, where we began our initiative to revive discarded denim—specifically Levi’s 501.
Our main products include:
①Upcycled Denim – Based on the concept of """"Mottainai"""" (a Japanese term expressing regret over waste), we recycle discarded Levi’s 501 denim scraps generated during the remake process. These scraps are crushed, spun into new yarn, and woven into new denim fabric.
②Remake Products – Our artisans meticulously wash, deconstruct, sew, and inspect discarded Levi’s 501 denim to create unique, handcrafted one-of-a-kind pieces.
③Recycled Denim – Skilled craftsmen carefully hand-wash discarded Levi’s 501 denim, bringing them back to life as sustainable denim materials.
